How to revive your dead customers

Are you afraid of dead email addresses which are haunting your open and CTRs? Are there any recipients who were formally activated and now have stopped opening your email? Then you must know that they are no more in the land of the living. At least for you they are no more alive!

To make it more precise and quite tolerable a fear, if you have some recipient from whom you are no more adding to your click through rates, for them it is time to decide whether you need to keep them or root out from your email list? In the spirits of Halloween you need to find those who are no more useful for you. These are the white sheets where you need to find red spots in the light of consideration so you can come up with a clean list for living members.

  • Is your customer really dead?

Yeah work on it. Some of the recipients have turned off the images so you cannot count on them even if they have their emails opened regularly. This means not dead but out of sight. To ask them to be visible to you send some "reactivate yourself" messages.

Now for those who are under the worst fear of being dead, meaning they are not in touch for last six months. Email them to continue with you.

You can also determine your average range for activity and taking in considerations you need to work out the responders and non-responders and set for the email messages saving them from being dead. Target these mails to both groups.

Apply different strategies to each of the responder activity group. Also determine your way of action. Make sure you grab the parting soul at the right time. Multi-email approach or a quick slash and grab, both can be effectual.

Work for this but if you fail then consider them truly dead. Keep the struggles high for keeping them alive they haven't passes the barrier between the land of living and land if dead yet. Stop them, turn them on their heels.

  • Burying The Truly Dead:

No way back! Bury them, bury with them their memories. Yes! Delete them, you have tried a lot they have crossed the gate and have locked it behind them. They are not returning back to you. Make sure you delete them and you don't share their privacy with anyone Else! Yeah! It is bit difficult but you have to forget them forever and search for some new relations and keep up with your present ones; keep them alive and kicking
